For Chefs & Restaurants
Skip the wilted, week-old greens from the distributor. We deliver living trays or fresh-cut microgreens on your schedule — grown right here in Richland County.
"Fresh microgreens should be a garnish that actually tastes like something. Ours are cut hours before they hit your kitchen — brighter color, better flavor, and they last longer on the plate and in the walk-in."
Grown small. Delivered fresh. Every single week.
Tell us about your restaurant and we’ll get back to you with pricing and availability.

Our Story
Green Greens started with a simple belief: fresh food should actually be fresh—and growing it shouldn’t trash the planet. We grow every tray by hand in Mansfield, Ohio — no shipping or supply chains. Just clean microgreens harvested and delivered to our neighbors, chefs, and market friends.
What makes us different? We’re a zero-waste grow. Using hydroponics and coco-coir instead of soil, we reuse every part of the growing process and our materials are 100% recyclable.
When you order from us, you know exactly who grew your food and where. Honestly, that’s the way it should be.
